MarketRedFlag (the “Service”) is an informational tool that uses automated analysis to read the resolution rules of prediction markets and surface resolution risk. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service is for information only. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice. It does not provide probabilities, price targets, or buy/sell recommendations. Any decision you make is your own.
§03 · No affiliation
MarketRedFlag is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Polymarket, UMA, or any prediction-market platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
§04 · Provided “as is”
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that its analysis is accurate, current, or complete; it may be wrong or incomplete. You rely on it at your own risk.
§05 · Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse, scrape, resell, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
§06 · Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; see the Refund Policy.
§07 · Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.
§08 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketRedFlag is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including any trading or financial losses — arising from your use of the Service.
